The IMB Bank App offers a comprehensive solution for online banking, focusing on providing a secure and efficient user experience. Packed with advanced features such as biometric ID, secure messaging within the app, bill payment management including BPAY®, real-time in-app payments, multi-sign transaction security, immediate service updates, loan redraw capabilities via mobile*, card management, alert customization, personal details updates, and eStatements.

The app enables fast and secure login features like Face ID and Touch ID, ensuring a seamless and protected access to your account. The in-app messaging system allows users to communicate with customer service without the need to stay constantly logged in, receiving push notifications for quick responses.

Users can easily set up new payees and authorize transactions directly within the app, including two-to-sign transactions, with payment alerts to ensure no payment goes unnoticed. For businesses or accounts needing multi-person authorizations, the app offers secure payment management on mobile devices.

Additional features include the option to name accounts for easy management, setting up Pay IDs for quick transactions using phone numbers or email addresses, receiving instant service updates regarding scams or important information, as well as managing card security by putting it on hold or canceling it instantly in case of loss or misplacement.

Moreover, users can personalize banking alerts via SMS or email, adjust payment limits according to their needs, update personal details swiftly within the app, and access eStatements online for convenient viewing and downloading anytime, anywhere.

Registration for the IMB Bank Mobile Banking App requires prior registration for Internet Banking and SMS 2 Factor Authentication (2FA). Users not registered for these services can do so by visiting imb.com.au or contacting customer service.

When initially setting up the Mobile Banking App, users will need to provide their usual Internet Banking login details and verify their identity through a one-time security code sent to their registered mobile number via SMS in order to set up a secure App PIN. This 4-digit PIN will serve as the login credentials for subsequent app usage and can be changed at any time within the app.
